Typically, hot or cold water is circulated in the jacket to adjust the temperature of the liquid inside the container. If you want to heat it to over 100 degrees, using steam is one option, but the jacketed containers from Nitto Metal Industry are not designed to withstand pressure due to their structure, so steam cannot be used. However, there are occasions when customers mistakenly apply pressure to the jacketed container, leading to the destruction of the container. Such destruction can result in serious accidents, including injuries to operators and the spillage of the liquid inside. We conducted an experiment to determine how dangerous it is when pressure is applied to a jacketed container.
