1. Compact Equipment The heater unit is directly attached to the container, making the equipment compact and space-saving. Since all the devices are mounted on the container, moving it is easy. 2. No Initial Cost Chillers with both heating and cooling functions are expensive and have a higher initial cost compared to heaters. If only heating of the jacket is required, heaters are overwhelmingly less costly in terms of initial investment. 3. Can Quickly Heat the Jacket By adopting a 7.5 kW heater, the water in the jacket section can be heated to high temperatures in a short time, warming the contents. Product Features - The heater is installed in the jacket section, allowing you to heat liquids with just this unit. - It has a dry-run prevention function, so the heater stops when the water in the jacket is low. - It comes with a level gauge to check the water level in the jacket. - The temperature of the mixed liquid can be adjusted through the linkage between the thermometer and the heater. - A stirrer can be attached to the container, allowing for uniform heating of the contents. As this is a made-to-order product, modifications to "dimensions" and "materials," as well as custom processing to suit specific applications, can be accommodated.
