Attraction filtration container [QR-100M]
[New Product] Quickly filters! Stainless steel suction filtration device that can also be used for degassing.
This is a container designed to quickly filter the solution or other materials introduced into it by creating a reduced pressure inside the container. By sucking out the air from the container through the suction port on the lid, the inside is brought to a reduced pressure state. By creating a vacuum inside the container, the solution introduced into the hopper is quickly sucked in and filtered. The feature is that it can filter much faster due to suction rather than relying on its own weight. Liquid is filtered through a catch net located between the hopper at the top of the container and the container itself. The opening rate of the hopper and catch net can be adjusted according to your preferences. Inside the outer container, which can be easily opened with a catch clip, there is an inner container. The inner container has a hanging handle, and it weighs about 1/2 to 1/3 of the outer container, making it easy to extract liquids and reducing the burden on the operator. Since this product is made entirely of stainless steel, unlike glass filters, there is no concern about breakage of the container, associated injury accidents, or contamination by foreign substances. By removing the hopper and closing the ferrule part to create a reduced pressure, it can also be used for simple vacuum degassing. In addition to the container body (outer container and inner container), a vacuum gauge is included.
basic information
Container body (inner and outer container, feeding hopper): SUS304 Hopper connection: 2S helix Catch net: SUS304 Packing: Silicone rubber (compliant with food sanitation law) ● Surface treatment: Buff polishing on inner and outer surfaces ● Operating conditions: Vacuum specification (-0.1MPa) Capacity: 18L, 25L, 30L Catch net: 100 mesh The standard catch net (filter) is 100 mesh. Additionally, we can offer nets with different mesh sizes or perforated metal. By simply changing the filter, it is possible to filter multiple types of solutions. For other capacities and net (filter) sizes, please inquire. 【Vacuum gauge specifications】 Display range: -0.1 to 0 MPa Size: 60mm Material: Key parts SUS

[Case Study] Container for Filtering Ceramic Raw Materials
This is an example of a stainless steel container adopted in the testing process for filtering ceramic raw materials. It was adopted as a replacement for a glass filtration device, and it was designed so that the "filter paper" and the "bottle" for collecting the filtrate can be the same as those used previously. You can find more details through the related link.

[New Product] Quickly filters and can also be used for degassing | Suction filtration container
The new suction filtration container 【QR-100M】 is a stainless steel container that filters the introduced solution by creating a vacuum inside the container. Due to its structure that allows for the suction of the solution introduced into the hopper, filtration can be performed quickly. There is a catch net between the input hopper and the container, where the filtered materials accumulate. The opening rate of the catch net can be adjusted according to your preferences, allowing for the filtration of multiple types of solutions simply by changing the net.
