We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel stirring and temperature control unit was adopted for the small-batch production of various solutions in the chemical industry. The customer was experiencing an increase in small-scale contract production projects, but their existing large production line could not accommodate these demands. In response, we manufactured a tank with a smaller capacity than the existing one. We supported two different installation methods for the stirrer, allowing for changes in stirring methods according to the type of solution. Additionally, we applied a fluororesin coating to prevent high-viscosity liquids from sticking.
