[Case Study of Stirring Temperature Control Unit] Adopted for stirring liquids containing insoluble powders.
The mixer is designed to minimize air incorporation and utilizes a Bernoulli flow mixer that enables uniform mixing!
We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel stirring temperature control unit was adopted for stirring liquids containing insoluble powders in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a set of a stirring container and a temperature control unit (hot water circulation device). The hot water produced by the temperature control unit is supplied to the jacket of the stirring container via a heat-resistant hose and a pump, circulating to heat the liquid inside the container. Although this separate type incurs higher initial costs compared to consolidating functions into one unit, it allows the temperature control unit to be used with other containers, which can lead to a reduction in equipment costs in the long run. 【Case Overview】 <Stirring Container> ■ Dimensions: Inner diameter of container φ470mm × Height H1480mm (when stirring machine is installed) ■ Container Material: SUS304 ■ Capacity: 100L ■ Temperature: 133℃ (jacket section) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
