【Examples of Stirring Temperature Control Unit】 Adopted for cooling and mixing of formulation materials.

The inside of the container can be checked through the viewing window installed on the lid! The inner surface of the container has been electropolished.

We would like to introduce a case where a stainless steel mixing and temperature control unit was adopted for cooling and mixing pharmaceutical formulation materials. This unit stirs while directly cooling the contents with a cooling coil, and the lid and container can be lifted and moved with a lifter even while the stirrer and cooling coil are attached. Additionally, to prevent contamination, two lifters are used: one for clean room applications and another for outdoor use. 【Case Overview】 ■ Dimensions: Container inner diameter φ470mm × height H1395mm (when stirrer is installed) ■ Material: SUS316L ■ Capacity: 60L *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
