This is a custom-made stainless steel base used for immersing a strip-shaped film in a chemical solution, delivered to a bio-related manufacturer. It is made from SUS316L material, which has excellent chemical resistance. The thin, special strip film is inserted into this base and immersed in a tray containing the chemical solution. Since the film itself has delicate properties, any burrs or sharp edges on the partition plates or base could scratch the film and degrade its quality.
