We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "cream transfer ladle" and delivered it to a cosmetics and bath product manufacturer. The customer was concerned about issues such as "vulnerability to impact" and "difficulty in holding the handle." In response, we increased the thickness of the ladle's board and added a reinforcement plate at the base of the handle to enhance impact resistance.
