A valve specifically designed for powder and granular materials that can automatically open and close using pneumatic pressure. ○ This is a shutter-type valve equipped with an air cylinder that can automatically open and close using pneumatic pressure. ○ It is effective in processes such as filling powder and granules, as well as in the input of raw materials. ○ The exterior components are made entirely of stainless steel, and the structure is designed to prevent water from entering the cylinder interior through a scraper provided at the movable part of the cylinder. ○ It can be safely used even in food manufacturing processes where there is a possibility of water droplets coming into contact. ○ The upper part has a Heller connection, making it easy to detach. ○ The lower part has a short pipe with protrusions, making it difficult to disconnect when connecting to a chute or similar.
