Pneumatic shutter valve [SH-A]
A valve specifically designed for bulk materials that can automatically open and close using pneumatic pressure.
○ This is a shutter-type valve equipped with an air cylinder that can open and close automatically using pneumatic pressure. ○ It is effective in processes such as filling of powders and granules, and the input of raw materials. ○ The exterior components are made of all stainless steel, and the structure is designed to prevent water from entering the cylinder interior through a scraper provided at the movable part of the cylinder. ○ It can be used with confidence even in food manufacturing processes where there is a possibility of water droplets coming into contact. ○ The upper part of the valve has a Heli-Rul connection, making it easy to connect to tanks and other equipment. The 【SH-A】 model has a lower part with a short pipe that has protrusions, making it suitable for connections to chutes and similar applications.
