Verification of whether three types of raw materials with different properties can be handled by a single mixer at an 800L scale.
We received an inquiry from a food manufacturer regarding the mixing of seasoning liquids, and we conducted a practical test on a scale of 800 liters. The materials included "sinking grated vegetables," "floating sesame seeds," and "separating oil," creating challenging conditions for mixing. The purpose of the test was to determine whether a single mixer could appropriately mix raw materials with different physical properties. We conducted three tests, changing the conditions for each raw material, to explore viable configurations. We have summarized the progress of the tests and the key points for equipment consideration that emerged from them.
