■Overview■ This is an introduction to a single-axis automatic screw tightening machine specifically designed for drill screws, which combines both high-speed rotation and high thrust for hole drilling, as well as low-speed rotation and high torque for stable thread formation! ■Features■ 1) Stable and High-Speed Tightening Our screw tightening machine driver, the "KX Driver," has been improved for drill screws, allowing for a maximum high-speed rotation of 2000 min-1 during hole processing, and stable low-speed rotation with high torque control during thread formation and tightening, enabling fast and high-quality tightening of drill screws. It can be set arbitrarily according to conditions such as plate thickness and material. 2) Low Inertia and High Thrust When processing holes in steel plates, a stable thrust of 300 to 500 N (the force applied to the screw) is required. To achieve this, we have positioned the air cylinder on the driver bit axis, allowing for efficient transmission of thrust to the screw. Additionally, by re-evaluating the placement of the driver motor, we have reduced inertia, minimizing the impact load on the workpiece during hole penetration. 3) Compact Size Increases Flexibility in Screw Tightening Machine Layout We have achieved a reduction in size compared to conventional machines based on our general-purpose screw tightening machine, with a width reduction of 25%, depth reduction of 19%, and overall length reduction of 8%. This enhances the flexibility of the screw tightening machine layout.
