Added low torque model "NX008T3/SD600T" to the high precision and high functionality NX driver T3 series.
Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd. will add a new low torque model to its high-precision, high-function nut runner: the NX Driver T3 series, with orders starting on August 1, 2024. This product is a nut runner designed for low torque ranges from 0.2 Nm to 0.8 Nm, compatible with small diameter screw sizes of M2 and M3 classes. By implementing data collection and field network functions of the NX Driver T3 series, it will be possible to easily support IoT in low torque screw tightening applications, including ECU boards, home appliances, and precision equipment. Developed the clinching stud bolt "JOISTUD(R) -FH"!
Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd. will begin selling the head-embedded clinching stud bolt "JOISTUD(R)-FH," which does not protrude from the fastening member after press-fitting, starting December 1, 2024. *A patent for this product has already been filed. Clinching stud bolts are widely adopted in many industries, particularly in the automotive sector, and as products become more functional and the number of components increases, there is a growing demand for miniaturization and space-saving designs. Additionally, commercially available low-head clinching stud bolts have experienced issues where the head deforms or sinks when tightened with high torque or subjected to external forces. In response to this background, we have developed the head-embedded clinching stud bolt "JOISTUD(R)-FH," which leverages the manufacturing technology of industrial fasteners (screws) and mold manufacturing technology cultivated by our company through extensive research. This new product ensures high safety during fastening and prevents the head from protruding after press-fitting into the fastening member. Like conventional products, the new "JOISTUD(R)-FH" can be press-fitted into the fastening member, suppressing head protrusion and reducing head sinking due to axial force during fastening, thereby strongly supporting our customers' manufacturing processes.

High-precision, high-functionality NX Driver T3 Series - Newly upgraded two high-torque models to CE marking specifications.
Nitto Seiko Co., Ltd. will upgrade two high-torque models of its high-precision, high-functionality screw tightening driver, the NX Driver T3 series, to CE marking specifications and will begin sales on December 1, 2023. The NX Driver T3 series and the SD600T controller series have been well received in various fields since their launch in 2016 as high-precision, high-functionality models of our screw tightening drivers. In 2019, three low-torque models out of the five in the series were upgraded to comply with CE marking. The two newly upgraded models to CE marking specifications are high-torque models among the five in the series. There has been significant demand from overseas markets, particularly the European market, not only for the three models that were previously upgraded but also for CE marking compliance for the high-torque models. This upgrade responds to that demand, making all models in the series compliant with CE marking specifications.

■Overview■ This flow meter is a clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter (NU2) that can measure the flow rate of fluids flowing inside pipes from the outside of the pipes, with the addition of a DIN rail mount type. It employs the "time-of-flight difference method," which calculates flow velocity based on the time difference of ultrasonic waves transmitted in both the forward and reverse directions from each detector, and converts it to flow rate.
