(Feature 1) Direct input of conditions such as torque (current value), speed, angle, and rotation direction in numerical form. It allows switching for each tightening point according to the screws and workpieces, with a maximum of 16 individual settings possible. Additionally, the two-stage tightening method reduces torque variation. (Feature 2) The adoption of a new 150W motor and a newly designed reducer has achieved faster screw tightening speeds. (Feature 3) An original motor with optimal characteristics for screw tightening has been adopted, enabling high-precision control. Furthermore, it is equipped with a serial encoder that immediately detects abnormalities and prepares for trouble. The cable connection part has also been reinforced, making it less prone to disconnection. (Feature 4) The tool section features a newly designed reducer, achieving a size reduction of up to 33mm and a weight reduction of 870g compared to conventional models. The controller has achieved a volume reduction of 43% (750g), making it easier to integrate into control panels. (Feature 5) Equipped with a USB port for PC connection, allowing the use of commercially available USB cables. The communication software has become more user-friendly, improving maintainability. Additionally, an RS485 port has been added for communication with external devices such as PLCs, enabling the construction of a simple network.
