Nitto Seiko's parts supply devices (hereinafter referred to as feeders) come in three types: disc type, drum (cylindrical rotation) type, and middle plate type, with four models that offer lower cost, lower noise, and space-saving advantages compared to bowl type parts feeders. Since their launch, we have delivered over 50,000 feeders both domestically and internationally. Utilizing our accumulated know-how and experience, we ensure the reliable supply of any types of parts. As a leader in the industry alongside screws and screw tightening, NITTOSEIKO also supports customer's needs in parts supply process, whcih is an essentioal for streamlining of manufacturing and assembly process. ● Disc Type Model: DF200 Can supply extremely small screws with a diameter of 0.6mm, as well as ultra-thin heads, short length, and screws with washers. It resolves issues of screw jamming and clogging. ● Drum (Rotating Cylinder) Type Model: FF311DR A simple mechanism that aligns screws on a chute rail, resolving clogging of screws with springs and flat washers. ● Hopper Type Model: FF503H ● Hopper Type Model: FF801H Standard hoper types. These can be used not only for screws and bolts but also for rivets, nuts, pins, steel balls, and more.
