The "PH4" is a batch counter that receives pulse signals from a flow meter, multiplies them by the flow meter coefficient, and displays the accumulated total. It compares the values with the set parameters and outputs control signals to valves and pumps to ensure accurate measurement of fluids. This product can store up to 10 different batch quantities, and the display or modification of batch quantities can be easily done using the setting switch on the front panel. Additionally, by controlling the valve in a two-stage open/close manner, it prevents piping shocks caused by water hammer and improves measurement accuracy. 【Features】 - Detects the absence of pulses and can automatically stop measurement after a set time. - Allows setting of excess batch quantities and can detect excessive measurements. - Manual operations such as air bleeding and pipe cleaning are possible. - Compares with the total amount, enabling detection output and automatic measurement stop. - The total counter can also be changed to a completion count counter. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
