**Features** ■ Automatically corrects positional misalignment of up to 10 mm. (screw nominal diameter 3-5mm) Corrects a position mosalignment of 10mm to within 10% of the nominal diameter at the tightening teaching position. It can be implemented in complex components and sheet metal where the frequency of screw tightening errors is high, as well as in workpieces where achieving tightening position accuracy is difficult and manual lines with low positioning repeatability. ■ Position data from 1–3 reference points enables automatic correction of all fastening points. After capturing an image with the camera, the system moves to the corrected position, which may result in longer tightening times per point. However, the number of corrections can be selected based on the conditions of position misalignment, and thanks to the unique program of the Yθ screw robot, no further operations are required.
