The "SR825AR Series" is a new product combined Yaskawa Electric's multi-joint robot "MOTOMAN" with Nitto Seiko's screw tightening unit. Integrated operating systems of the robot and the screw tightening unit enables centralized settings and management, achieving efficiency in the screw tightening process. Furthermore, reducing the number of components such as the driver lift and controller brings energy and shsetup time savings. 【Features】 ■ Centralized management with a programming pendant ■ Teaching is completed simply by instructing the tightening completion position ■ Screw supply is packaged with a linear screw feeder "FF801H retrieval specification" ■ Real-time collection of torque and position information contributes to traceability and defect analysis.
