"Special cold-formed parts" are components processed by applying pressure to metal at room temperature, resulting in deformation and shaping. It is possible to manufacture stepped, large-headed, middle-necked, eccentric, and irregularly shaped shaft parts, among others. By using molds made of materials such as carbide for the forming process, products with uniform precision can be mass-produced. Additionally, because the fiber flow is continuous, high strength can be achieved.
