【JOISTUD(R) Series Features】 ■ Instead of the uniform thickness lobed anti-rotation projections used in conventional clinching stud bolts, we have adopted an anti-rotation projection that retains only the lobed edges in a ring shape. ■ Reduces the load on the fastening components during the press-fitting of the parts, suppressing warping of the fastening components. ■ Can accommodate the fastening components that deform during press-fitting in the recess inside the anti-rotation projection. ■ This deformed part protrudes on the male thread side, preventing burr formation and improving the anti-rotation strength in the rotational direction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
