■Setting Torque: Available in a total of 7 types from 0.5 to 80 N·m! (Feature 1) Screw tightening conditions can be set arbitrarily, ensuring reliable fastening. It performs upper and lower limit checks on the spot after tightening. (Feature 2) It adopts an original AC servo motor. (Feature 3) It inherits high-precision screw tightening technology. (Feature 4) It achieves miniaturization, lightweight design, and low power consumption of the tool and controller. (Feature 5) It is equipped with a USB communication port and an RS485 communication port.

(Feature 1) Direct input of conditions such as torque, speed, angle, and rotation direction in numerical form. It allows switching for each tightening point according to the screws and workpieces, with a maximum of 16 individual settings possible. Additionally, a two-stage tightening method reduces torque variation. (Feature 2) An original motor with optimal characteristics for screw tightening has been adopted, enabling high-precision control. Furthermore, it is equipped with a serial encoder that instantly detects abnormalities to prepare for troubles. The cable connection has also been reinforced to make it less prone to disconnection. (Feature 3) It realizes two types of tightening: torque measurement tightening and torque control tightening, widely accommodating screw tightening suitable for the workpiece. (Feature 4) The tool section features a newly designed reducer, achieving a compact and lightweight design with a reduction of up to 136.5 mm and 2.3 kg compared to conventional models. The controller has achieved a volume reduction of 79.5%, making it easier to integrate into control panels. Additionally, power capacity has been reduced compared to conventional models, proposing eco-friendly tightening. (Feature 5) With the inclusion of a USB port for PC connection, commercially available USB cables can be used. The communication software has become more user-friendly, improving maintainability. Moreover, an RS485 port has been added for communication with external devices such as PLCs, enabling the construction of a simple network.
