"KizMIL(R) II" monitors vibrations (AE: Acoustic Emission) generated during processing and assembly, detecting damage that is difficult to identify through visual inspection at the moment it occurs. It supports a wide frequency range from low-frequency vibrations in the audible range to high-frequency vibrations (50Hz to 2MHz). Additionally, it can extract arbitrary frequency bands using waveform detection filters, also accommodating high-frequency bands similar to AE. By attaching two sensors to a single controller, simultaneous inspection at two locations has become possible. Since filtering calculations and judgments are performed simultaneously, monitoring can occur concurrently, eliminating the need for subsequent inspection processes.
