Inspection robot for after internal threads processing. 【Features】 ■ Variable Gauge Thrust Control During the gauge screwing and extraction processes, the Z-axis is controlled with low thrust to ensure gentle inspection both, the workpiece and the gauge. ■ Variable Inspection Torque and Speed Equipped with our original KX driver, inspection conditions such as torque and speed can be set for each screw size. ■ Gauge Floating Mechanism The gauge is fixed during approach and floats in the X and Y directions during inspection to absorb any misalignment. ■ Combind Inspection of "GO" and "NO-GO" The judgment of "OK" and "NG" for both "GO" and "NO-GO" is performed in a single process.
