Cartridge heater (rod heater)(5)
A cartridge heater is a rod-shaped heater that has a lead wire on one side. It covers a nichrome wire, which serves as the heating element, with a sheath (metal pipe), and due to its shape, it is also referred to as a "bar heater" or "heater rod." It is suitable for rapid heating that requires a large electrical capacity and for use at high temperatures. Installation and removal are easy, making it simple to work with. Maintenance is also hassle-free, which is why it is widely used in heated parts of complex molds, jigs, and automatic packaging machines.

Nozzle heater(1)
A nozzle heater is a small cylindrical heating device used for heating nozzles of injection molding machines made of materials such as resin and magnesium, as well as cylinders and hot runner nozzles. There are many types available, with various shapes depending on their applications and locations of use. Starting with nozzle heaters, we extensively develop and manufacture a wide range of products using our unique technology, including fully sealed nozzle heaters, flat base heaters, and molding ring heaters.

Plate heater(0)
A plate heater is a thin, plate-shaped heater (4-5 mm thick). It is widely used in industrial applications such as plastic molding machines, extruders, and heated platens. The heating element, which is a nichrome wire, is insulated with heat-resistant mica sheets. It is reinforced by covering it with materials such as stainless steel or bonded steel plates. There are two main methods of use: contact heating, which adds heat by attaching it closely to metals, and non-contact heating, which transmits heat through air by heating it up.

Seed heater(2)
A sheath heater is a type of heating element that can heat substances such as liquids or gases by directly contacting them. It is made possible by processing a nichrome wire, which is a resistive material, into a coil shape and compressing magnesium oxide, an insulating material, under high pressure around the outside of a metal tube. Additionally, by casting it inside a molded object, it is also a heater that can uniformly heat substances of various shapes. At Chubu Nippon Heater, we create sheath heaters by combining different materials for the outer pipe according to the application. Please feel free to consult with us.

Band heater(1)
A band heater is a thin, cylindrical or rectangular heater. The heating element, made of nichrome wire, is insulated with heat-resistant mica sheets. It is reinforced and made more robust by being covered with metals such as stainless steel or bonded steel plates. Since the heater and the band are integrated, it is very easy to attach it to a cylinder. It closely contacts the object being heated to transfer heat, and it is mainly used for heating in plastic molding machines, extruders, and pipelines.

Plug heater(0)
A plug heater is a screw-in type heater used by immersing it in a liquid. Generally, inch-sized screws are commonly used, and the number of sheath heaters is selected based on the size of the screw. Since the screw part, which is a component of the plug heater, can be used directly as a plug, no special tools or bolts are required. The replacement of the heater is smooth, making it a very convenient structure.

Flange heater(0)
A flange heater is a heater that has a U-shaped design for the sheath heater and is equipped with a flange. It can secure a large electric capacity within the pressure range of tanks and pipes and the specifications of the flange. Like plug heaters, it has a structure that allows the effective heating element to be directly inserted into pipes through which liquids or other heated materials flow. In addition to JIS standards, flange specifications include JPI, API, ANSI, DIN, and NPC. There is a growing demand for heaters using a ferrule-type flange around manufacturing equipment for food, chemical plants, and flat panel displays.

Infrared heater(0)
An infrared heater is a type of heater that uses infrared wavelengths to emit infrared radiation for non-contact heating. It acts directly on the object being heated without warming the surrounding medium, such as air, allowing for heating even in a vacuum. It has a high thermal radiation efficiency, making it highly efficient and energy-saving. Due to its ability to be processed into various shapes, we offer a range of heaters, including rod-shaped and flat-shaped models.

Cast-in heater(0)
A cast-in heater is a heater that is cast together with materials such as aluminum, iron, and brass, along with a sheath heater placed in a mold. It heats the heated parts with three-dimensional shapes, such as piping, valves, and molds, by covering them from the outside. It is mainly used in production lines for synthetic resins and synthetic fibers. Regardless of the shape, whether flat, cylindrical, or spherical, it efficiently supplies uniform heat to the metal surface. It is resistant to mechanical vibrations and impacts, making it a heater with a long expected lifespan.
-
Silicone rubber heater(3)
A silicone rubber heater is a sheet-type heater made of silicone rubber. Due to its flexible and thin surface heating element, it closely adheres to the heated surface, efficiently transferring heat. It can be freely manufactured in various complex shapes, from flat to three-dimensional, including round, triangular, notched, and perforated designs.

Thermostat(0)
Using temperature sensors (thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors), temperature control of the heater (workpiece) can be achieved. We always have a standard stock for 200V single-phase 3KW (5KW for three-phase).
-
Temperature sensor (thermocouple)(1)
Temperature sensors are essential for temperature management. They play many roles, including temperature control and temperature recording. Thermocouples K (CA) and J (IC) are used for measuring temperature and are connected to temperature controllers and thermometers. We always have rod-type T-35 models, band-type, and screw-in types (M6, M8) in stock at Chubu Japan Heater. We also manufacture temperature resistance sensors (Pt100Ω, JPt100Ω). These temperature sensors utilize the characteristic that the electrical resistance of metals increases with rising temperature. Please feel free to consult us.

Hot air generator(0)
This is a hot air generator that uses a heater capable of generating hot air instantly. It can produce high-temperature, high-flow hot air in a short time, allowing it to be used only when needed. It is mainly used for indoor (furnace) heating, heating, and drying in industrial applications. Being electric, it allows for precise temperature control, making it easy to adjust both temperature and airflow. We offer a diverse range of hot air generators, from small 0.1KW models to large 60KW models, tailored to meet the needs of our customers.
