The "NNH Band Heater" is a thin, cylindrical or rectangular heater. The heating element, made of nichrome wire, is insulated with heat-resistant mica plates. It is reinforced by being covered with metals such as stainless steel and bonded steel plates, enhancing its durability. Additionally, since the heater and band are integrated, installation onto a cylinder is very easy.
