We received an inquiry from Company M in Nagoya City, asking to bend acrylic sheets of various sizes by applying heat of 160°C, with a heating section of 1000mm. In response, we proposed a seas heater with a diameter of 12mm and a length of 1040mm, rated at 200V and 1000W. The temperature of the jig became uniform, allowing for clean bending of acrylic sheets at any part of the jig, regardless of their size.
