Information to be Collected - Data column (1 column) - Time information column (1 column, optional*1) - External trigger column (1 column, optional) *1: If the time information column is not used, the start time and sample collection time interval must be set manually. 2. Constraints - Time series sample data is arranged in rows. - Samples are collected at regular time intervals. - Maximum number of columns: 676 (A to ZZ)*2 - Maximum number of rows: 1,048,576*2 *2: The maximum number of cells = maximum value of columns x rows depends on the content of the data and memory capacity. 3.
