At Orpha, we offer three types of "Titanium Bolts" made from 64 titanium. 64 titanium has higher strength and ductility than pure titanium, and is also lightweight, making it a material used in the aerospace and space industries, as well as in medical devices. We have the standard "64 Titanium Bolt," the "FG Titanium Bolt," which has been treated with FG processing to enhance durability, and the "Color 64 Titanium Bolt," which has been anodized for color.

A standard titanium bolt, made from 64 titanium alloy (Ti-6AL-4V).
This titanium alloy contains 6% aluminum (AL) and 4% vanadium (V) by weight, offering higher strength and ductility than pure titanium, making it a lightweight material used in the aerospace and space industries.
