We have updated the titanium processing video! - TIG welding refined by artisans -
Suzuka, known as a motorsport town, is famous for its many craftsmen, including those who work with mufflers. The craftsmen trained there have a commitment to and have refined the welding techniques of 【made in SUZUKA】 through repeated trials. TIG welding (TIG) generates no spatter, minimizing damage such as contamination to the material, and is said to have a high aesthetic quality in the welding pattern itself. During welding, titanium is enveloped in shielding gas, preventing contact with air, which helps to prevent oxidation and achieve beautiful patterns. Please check out the "too beautiful" TIG welding created by titanium professionals in the video.

Introduction of the 【Titanium Fountain Pen - Primo -】
The company Wancher, famous for its fountain pens that incorporate traditional crafts and new technologies, is selling titanium fountain pens. We are very honored to process the titanium parts of the titanium fountain pen (Primo series, 4 colors) at our company! Representative Okagaki has a strong passion for fountain pens and is well-versed in traditional crafts and artisan techniques. At the prototype stage, he not only appreciated the anodizing but also our latest patterned design. In fact, this patterned design is processed by our technicians by hand, one by one. This time, since it involves processing the barrel of the fountain pen, even though they are small parts, they are the main feature of the fountain pen, which added a sense of tension to each production. After going through multiple prototypes and seeing the commercialized fountain pen, I feel very happy to have been able to support Wancher's enthusiastic pursuit of technology. If you are considering a fountain pen, please be sure to check out Wancher's titanium fountain pen.

We plan to introduce various products such as FG bolts, FG titanium joints, and FG titanium axle shafts, so we hope you take this opportunity to actually handle the products and experience the charm of our offerings even more.
