◆ The "FG (Fresh Green) treatment" is a technology developed by the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, and our company is the only one licensed to commercialize and advance the development of this titanium surface modification technology. ◆ [High Hardness] Hardness surpassing that of hard chrome plating (approximately 1600 Hv) ◆ [Wear Resistance] Capable of suppressing wear loss compared to conventional gas nitriding and WC thermal spray coatings. Exhibits high scratch resistance. ◆ [High Corrosion Resistance] Significantly improved corrosion resistance against chemicals that are typically low in corrosion resistance for titanium. Effective even in equipment handling weakly acidic liquids. ◆ [Photocatalytic Properties] Exhibits high photocatalytic performance even under visible light. Reduces Staphylococcus aureus.
