【FG (Fresh Green) Overview】 ◆ The base material is pure titanium or titanium alloy. ◆ It is carbon-doped titanium oxide, where some of the oxygen in titanium oxide is replaced with carbon. ◆ Unlike coatings, it forms a dense and highly adhesive film, exhibiting excellent durability such as high hardness, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance. ◆ It is utilized in various fields including automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, plants, medical sectors, and the food industry. ◆ FG allows for surface treatments tailored to specific applications (surface roughness type / surface hardness priority type / hardened layer emphasis type / balanced type). ◆ 【High Hardness】 Hardness surpassing hard chrome plating (approximately 1600 Hv). ◆ 【Wear Resistance】 Capable of suppressing wear loss compared to general gas nitriding and WC thermal spray coatings. It has high scratch resistance. ◆ 【High Corrosion Resistance】 Significantly improved corrosion resistance against chemicals that have low corrosion resistance in titanium.
