A processing method that uses special chemicals to dissolve materials! It can accommodate a wide range of design requests.
The titanium etching we handle takes more than twice the time compared to stainless steel and other metals, as it is a process that etches gradually over time. Since it requires careful processing, there is a risk of a higher loss rate; however, we make efforts to manage the plate thickness and chemical solutions rigorously to minimize the defect rate to the utmost. We have produced titanium radiator core guards through etching. While punching has fixed hole diameter standards, etching allows for the expression of textures freely, enabling us to meet a wide range of design requests.
