[Processing Example] Welding
It is possible to prevent oxidation! The characteristic of TIG welding (TIG) is that there is no spatter generated.
Our company primarily uses TIG welding for titanium material processing. During welding, titanium is covered by shielding gas, preventing exposure to air, which helps to avoid oxidation and eliminates spatter. Welding inside assembly pipes is very challenging, and during material preparation, each part is carefully angled and manufactured with attention to dimensional accuracy. Additionally, by using a welded structure instead of bolts, we contribute to airtightness and weight reduction in tanks and other applications. [Features] - Titanium during welding is covered by shielding gas, preventing exposure to air and avoiding oxidation. - No spatter is generated. - The process of covering the welding area with shielding gas according to the shape and content of the weld requires skilled techniques. - By using a welded structure instead of bolts, we contribute to airtightness and weight reduction in tanks and other applications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
