Announcement of "Capital and Technology Partnership" Declaration
The response to new orders, as well as the maintenance of equipment delivered over the past few days, has begun to exceed our company's capabilities. To address these issues, we have been considering new business structures and partners over the past few years. We have decided to announce that we will enter into a capital and technical partnership with Kiyomoto Iron Works, a company that understands our environmental technology and can inherit, develop, and advance this technology, and with whom we place our full trust due to their progressive ideas.

"Strengthening of Regulatory Measures - Part 25 - What does it mean to 'confirm that it is completely separated and managed' in food manufacturing?" The heating treatment standards for feed using food waste have been strengthened since April 2021. [High-quality food waste dryer: Okadora Cyclone Dryer]
"What does it mean to 'confirm that complete separation management is in place' in food manufacturing?" When there are areas within the factory premises that handle meat and areas that do not, it is necessary to manage each accordingly. In broad terms, it is essential to achieve and manage three types of non-contact across four different situations. <Four Situations> (1) Separation management between floors that handle meat and those that do not (2) Separation management between buildings that handle meat and those that do not (3) Separation management between floors that handle meat and those that do not (4) Separation management between lines that handle meat and those that do not <Three Types of Non-Contact Management> 1. Contact due to personnel movement 2. Contact during the storage management of food residues generated from each area 3. Contact during the collection of food residues generated from each area Information about the Okadora Cyclone Dryer can be found in the [Related Links] section below. Strengthening of Regulatory Measures - Part 24 - "If there is a staff cafeteria in a flour mill, do the emissions from the entire factory qualify as animal-derived food recycling resources?" The heating treatment standards for feed using food waste have been strengthened since April 2021. 【High-quality food waste dryer: Okadra Cyclone Dryer】
"If there is a staff cafeteria in a flour mill, do the emissions from the entire factory qualify as animal-derived food recycling resources?" Even if the food manufacturing factory only handles plant-based products, if there is a staff cafeteria (a building or floor that serves meat) within the same facility and the residues discharged from the food manufacturing process and the food residues containing meat discharged from the staff cafeteria are not distinguished and are discharged together, it is judged that the food recycling resources emitted from that facility also qualify as "animal-derived food recycling resources," and thus are subject to heating treatment of 90°C or higher for more than 60 minutes. It is necessary to distinguish and separately store and manage the residues discharged from the food manufacturing process and the food residues containing meat discharged from the staff cafeteria. Strengthening of Regulatory Measures - Part 23 - 'Is it acceptable not to include items that are heat-treated for human consumption during the manufacturing (cooking) process in the heat treatment standards?' The heat treatment standards for feed utilizing food waste have been strengthened since April 2021. [High-quality food waste dryer: Okadora Cyclone Dryer]
"Is it acceptable not to include items that have undergone heat treatment for human consumption in the heat treatment standards during the manufacturing (cooking) process?" Among food recycling resources, even if heat treatment is performed for human consumption during the manufacturing (cooking) process, it does not fall under "processed food-derived animal food recycling resources." Heat treatment (at least 90°C for 60 minutes) is required. Okadora Cyclone Dryer can offer dryers that comply with this regulatory amendment. For more details on this information, please refer to the attached document "Q&A on the Review of Regulations Regarding the Use of Food Residues as Feed." A list of our news regarding this regulatory law can be found at: https://premium.ipros.jp/okadora/news/category/6/ Information about the Okadora Cyclone Dryer can be viewed through the "Related Links" section below. Aboutオカドラ
We are a manufacturer that offers the industry's only vertical dryer capable of drying sludge, waste liquids, and raw materials, featuring a completely pollution-free system with no wastewater and no odor.
Our company is a dryer manufacturer that has been in business for 53 years. Even in the current Reiwa era, the conventional wisdom is that dryers are laid horizontally, but the Okadora Cyclone Dryer achieves a remarkable improvement in drying capacity and a significant reduction in installation area by standing the dryer vertically. As a result, not only sludge but also waste liquids (with a moisture content of over 95%) can now be dried. Moreover, with the evaporation capacity increased by more than four times, it can instantly heat and cause boiling phenomena, allowing for the drying process to break down the cells of raw materials. This is Okadora's unique technology known as "Boil Drying." This makes it an all-purpose dryer capable of drying not only kitchen waste but also various food waste (eco-feed materials), fish residues (fish meal), and more. The processing capacity ranges from 15 kg/hr to over 1,000 tons per day. We have a track record of over 400 units installed throughout Japan. We offer devices such as the "No Waste Water, No Odor System" (Teinenpi High-Temperature Oxidation Reaction Deodorization Device) that neutralizes waste steam and releases it into the atmosphere, and the "Super High-Speed Carbonizer" that can achieve carbonization in 40 to 60 minutes. We propose equipment that can assist our customers in reducing and recycling their waste.
