Thank you very much for your continued support of our products. We would like to inform you that it has been 20 years since the production of the "MC5100 series" and "MC7700 series," which you have been using for many years. Due to issues with the supply of replacement parts, we are now unable to accept repair requests for these models. Although we have already concluded the parts retention period and repair period, we have continued to supply and repair items for which we still had parts in stock even after the repair period ended. As we have now run out of stock, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing our repair services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and kindly ask for your understanding of the situation. Affected models: AUTO POSITIONER MC5100, MC3000, MC7700, including special items.
