We would like to inform you that it has been 30 years since the production of the "MC5000 series" and "MC7000 series," which you have been using for many years. Due to issues with the supply of replacement parts, we are now unable to accept repair requests for these models. Although we have already concluded our parts retention period and repair period, we have continued to supply parts and perform repairs for items that were still in stock after the end of the repair period. As we have now exhausted our inventory, we regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing repair services. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
