The "UCA-2D400 model" is an innovative 3D circular saw cutting machine. It performs perpendicular, angled, and three-dimensional cutting of long aluminum materials. With a swiveling table that rotates 60° to the left and right and an axis tilt function of up to 45°, cross-cutting of long materials becomes easy. The circular saw on the table automatically passes through with ball screws and motor feed, achieving precise cuts while keeping the workpiece fixed. It can be installed against a wall even in limited spaces, significantly improving work efficiency. - Axis tilt: Adjustable from vertical to 45 degrees. - Table rotation: Free rotation of 60 degrees to the left and right. - Safety clamp: Doubles as a safety cover to ensure accurate angle cutting. - Hard chrome plating: Applied to the table and back gauge to prevent scratches during transport. - Cutting oil spraying device: Standard equipped with air mist system, semi-dry lubrication is also available as an option. - Tool movement: Stepless speed adjustment using ball screw mechanism.
