"Neo-Roofing SPE" is a waterproofing material with a blister prevention function, suitable for situations where the moisture content of the substrate has a significant impact. The substrate side of the laminated material is specially grooved to disperse the vapor pressure of the moisture in the substrate across the entire sheet, allowing it to escape to the outside through venting tape and venting tubes. Since the waterproofing body and the laminated material are bonded together in the factory, installation on-site only requires applying adhesive and sticking it down, which shortens the construction period.
