Combination of discharge machining and micromag.
We would like to introduce the benefits of installing the Micromag MM20 on a discharge machining machine as a case study!! The Micromag can filter steel materials from cutting fluids and remove very fine iron particles. By removing these fine particles, the liquid becomes cleaner, which reduces secondary sparks, significantly decreases energy consumption, and minimizes wire breakage, making the process even more efficient. The reduction in wire breakage and secondary sparks has led to a significant increase in the cutting speed of the machine, with test results showing improvements of 17% to 30%.
