SMT implementation process equipment configuration

Detect the defect mode before the reflow process and provide feedback to the previous process!

We would like to introduce the equipment used for "SMT assembly" at our company. We detect defects below the reference plane using simultaneous laser 3D and 2D inspection. The detection results are fed back into the printing process. We identify misalignments, missing parts, and incorrect placements, and we also accommodate 0603 chips. Defect modes are detected before the reflow process and fed back to the previous process.
