SilkyLink MFX-1100 is a conductive polyurethane film that has a pre-formed Ag/AgCl electrode layer. It can be cut and punched into the desired shape, allowing for the advancement of electrode prototyping without the need for paste formulation, printing, or drying processes. SilkyLink MFX-1100 is a thin and flexible electrode material with a silver/chloride (Ag/AgCl) electrode layer formed on a conductive polyurethane film. It can be cut and punched into the desired shape, enabling prototyping and product development without the need to establish electrode formation processes such as paste formulation, printing, and drying in-house. While silver/chloride paste (Peltron K-398X) is made by "freely printing," SilkyLink is characterized by being "ready-to-use with the functional layer already created." It can be handled at low temperatures and is suitable for a wide range of applications, from electrocardiograms and electromyograms to defibrillation pads.
