Plain bearing video 1 with garbage discharge hole (free bearing)
The Plain Bear with a garbage discharge hole utilizes the advantages of the original spherical design (PAT.P) and has achieved a fundamental solution for discharging waste.
Conventional ball transfers, due to their structure, are prone to internal contamination and are difficult to clean once debris enters. As a result, they are not well-suited for harsh operating environments such as underwater (in seawater, muddy water, etc.), oil, and dust. The plain bearing debris discharge type leverages the advantages of the original spherical design (PAT.P) by incorporating hole processing (slits) in the receiving area of the small balls and the ball cover area, allowing debris and water that have entered to be expelled as the small balls circulate.
basic information
We have successfully achieved a fundamental solution to the problem of poor rotation caused by garbage intrusion, distinguishing ourselves from conventional anti-intrusion products (such as rubber seals, etc.). The Plain Bear adopts a completely original spherical design (PAT.P) that is different from previous ball transfers, so the small ball receiving surface directly under the large ball does not bear any load. This structure allows for the creation of numerous garbage discharge holes. We have processed holes in the small ball receiving area to expel any garbage or water that has entered. It operates normally even under harsh conditions, maintaining smooth rotation.
