Cleanroom-compatible plain bear that fixes large balls with air power.
The "PVPR series" prevents misalignment of workpieces such as glass substrates by using a mechanism that secures a large ball with air pressure. When the air lock is OFF, the ball is released and rotates smoothly in accordance with the direction of the glass. When the air lock is ON, the ball is locked, allowing for precise positioning of the glass.
