The core misalignment correction unit 'FCD-S series' developed by Aitec is a peripheral device for robot hands that slides along tapered surfaces in any axial direction—vertical, horizontal, or diagonal—to support the insertion of workpieces. Do you have any of these concerns? ■ Frequent operational errors due to core misalignment during pick-and-place actions with robot hands... ■ The current compliance unit is difficult to use because the top plate droops when used horizontally... ■ Variability in workpiece shapes makes line automation challenging... ■ We want the external shape and specifications to match our requirements... and more. By applying the fine adjustment unit 'Fine Control Device: FCD', we leverage the feature of smooth sliding of the top plate to support pick-and-place actions even in a horizontal orientation!
