ポリスフェア社の「Hi・spheres」は、ソープフリー重合で製造された体外診断薬用のラテックス粒子です。この技術により製造されたラテックス粒子は、その過程で界面活性剤を全く使用しないため、抗体など生体分子の吸着や結合に優れています。また粒子表面への特殊な修飾により、感さ工程でのラテックス粒子の凝集を抑制し、遠心分離後の超音波分散においてもスムーズな再分散が可能です。
