This is a "cogging torque measurement device" for measuring the cogging torque of a motor. It rotates the unexcited motor at a constant speed to measure the relationship between magnetic pole torque and angle (θT). It is ideal for measuring the detent torque of small DC motors and stepping motors.

■Features - Easy installation to the sensor Simply couple the test motor to the sensor for easy measurement. No alignment is necessary. Additionally, the positional relationship with the sensor can be adjusted using an XYZ table. - Cogging displayed as a waveform You can set the judgment criteria with upper and lower limits. An OK/NG mark will be displayed on the measurement screen. The PtoP cogging torque value of the wave will be shown. - Easy data saving Statistical data of the measured data will be displayed. The measurement data is displayed in real-time as a graph on the PC and can also be saved in CSV file format.
