This measuring device is capable of conducting tests in accordance with the mechanical testing methods for metal bone screws specified in JIS T 0311. It can perform the following tests with a single unit: torsional fracture test, screwing test, and pull-out test, all in compliance with JIS T 0311.

**Features** - Testing compliant with JIST0311 is possible, achieving the items established for the mechanical testing methods of metal bone screws. - All data required by the above standard tests is fully collected and displayed in real-time on a PC screen. - Measurement data can be saved and retrieved in CSV file format, making it ideal for automation and data management of tests. - Parameters can be set arbitrarily. - An air bearing is adopted in a horizontal configuration to minimize the impact on the mechanical testing of metal screws (implant screws). - The depth of screw insertion, which changes continuously, is measured with high precision using a laser sensor. - Both forward and reverse reciprocation and screw insertion are possible, allowing for the evaluation of pull-out strength after screw insertion. - Conversion of implant screws is easy, and replacement and repositioning of synthetic bone are also simple. - It also complies with the American ASTM F543-07 standard. - For other functions and details, please refer to the catalog.
