Protech's "Shield Box / RF Shielded Enclosure" provides an environment that "blocks external radio waves and prevents internal radio waves from leaking outside" for testing various communication devices, including smartphones, tablets, wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Bluetooth, and low-power wireless communications in the 920MHz band represented by smart meters (Wi-SUN). It can be widely used from production to quality control and development. The RF shielded enclosure prevents radio wave scattering by covering the interior with a radio wave absorber, minimizing the impact on device testing. The Shield Box PSB-400A is a shielded box that features an air cylinder for automatic opening and closing, based on the air cylinder opening and closing mechanism of the PSB-400. The external dimensions are W570×D650×H270 (base dimensions) and W350×D400×H250 (box dimensions). It supports frequency ranges from 430MHz to 6GHz, with shielding performance of -60dB or more. Due to its automatic opening and closing feature, optional area sensors can be installed around the box to ensure safety during operation.
