PTC is set to acquire Intland Software, a next-generation application lifecycle management (ALM) company.

PTC (Headquarters: Massachusetts, USA, President and CEO: James E. Heppelmann, NASDAQ: PTC, hereinafter referred to as PTC / Japan subsidiary: PTC Japan Inc., Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Hiroaki Kuwahara) announced today that it has finalized an agreement to acquire Intland Software for approximately \$280 million. Intland develops and sells Codebeamer, a suite of application lifecycle management (ALM) software products that are capable of cloud integration. This acquisition is expected to significantly expand PTC's ALM solutions into industries where safety is particularly emphasized and those that are heavily regulated.
