The generated burrs can mix into mechanical parts and movable areas, potentially leading to premature wear of components or damage to the products themselves. The Briclay Burless Reamer has been developed as a deburring tool to efficiently remove burrs from cross holes in hydraulic valves, slide valves, injection parts, and more.

HSS Deburring Tool for Cross Holes 【Short Type】 Model Number: DBRS-1.95 to 16.05 *Model numbers are in 5/100 increments 【Long Type】 Model Number: DBRL-1.95 to 20.05 *Model numbers are in 5/100 increments - Both short and long types have 4 blades for Φ1.95 to Φ4.0 and 6 blades for Φ4.05 to 20.05. - The long type has a longer effective length and overall length compared to the short type. *Blade length, neck diameter, and shank diameter are the same. With a titanium coating, it is capable of deburring a wide range of materials from soft materials such as copper, aluminum, and mild steel to cast iron, ductile cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.
